2024: A YEAR IN REVIEW WITH CURT NICHOLS

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary 2024 for Glade and express my heartfelt gratitude to our amazing community of skiers, riders, and outdoor enthusiasts. This year was packed with milestones, both professionally and personally, and it’s all thanks to the incredible support of our customers, team, and partners.

One of the biggest highlights of 2024 was meeting hundreds (literally) of you in lift lines and on the skin track. Hearing your stories and seeing Glade gear out in the wild is what keeps me inspired every day.

A few other things I am grateful for as we close out 2024:

• The growth of our internal team over the past year. We've built something truly special at Glade—a place where people love to work. I’m proud to share that our most recent employee satisfaction score was an incredible 9 out of 10! This team is the heart of everything we do, and I’m proud to work with each and every one of them.

• Our gear was recognized yet again as ‘best in class’ by publications like Blister, Freeskier, Outside, and Ski Mag!

• The feedback on our MTB oriented Ramble Sunglasses – these have been a smash hit and I can’t wait to get more of these in the hands of MTB riders across the country.

• On a personal note, 2024 was unforgettable for me as I became a father for the first time. Balancing fatherhood with running a growing company has been a new kind of adventure!

To all of you who’ve been part of this journey, thank you for your passion, feedback, and unwavering support. Here’s to another year of shared memories in the mountains - see you out there.
