GLADE LIMITED WARRANTY
Glade eyewear products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase. Glade does not warrant against any lens scratches. Alteration, misuse, or abuse will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Glade. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Scratched lenses are not covered under Glade’s warranty policy. Replacement lenses can be ordered by contacting Glade directly.
Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
