That’s why we’re beyond stoked to introduce our latest collaboration: the Glade x Friends of CAIC (FoCAIC) Fathom Goggle. Why FoCAIC Matters
If you spend time in the backcountry, you know that avalanche awareness & education is essential. The Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC) provides critical avalanche forecasts, education, and accident reports to keep skiers, riders, and mountaineers informed and safe. But as a state-funded organization, their resources are limited. That’s where Friends of CAIC (FoCAIC) comes in.
FoCAIC is a nonprofit dedicated to funding avalanche forecasting and education efforts across Colorado. Through donations and partnerships, they help CAIC expand their reach, improve forecasting technology, and provide life-saving information to the backcountry community. Their work is vital, and as a brand built in the mountains, we feel a deep responsibility to support their mission.
