 LENSES EXPLAINED

All REVEAL™ range photochromic lens colors boast a VLT range of 61%-16%.

This means that no matter the color you choose, your REVEAL™ lens will continually be shifting tint as the intensity of the UV light changes.

When it comes to our non-REVEAL lenses, look for their VLT (visible light transmission) numbers below their photo. Remember, a greater VLT values allow in more light for cloudy/stormy conditions. Lesser VLT values will be darker for sunny conditions.

replacement lens for adapt 2s

Lost my photochromic lens on chairlift in northeast resort just before trip to Colorado. It was opportunity to refresh look of my googles. They serve me well for couple of seasons but new look is always cool. Replacement lens came quick and I could enjoy skiing in Cooper Mountain on those blue bird days. Great product and fast shipping, thanks.

Adapt 2S easiest nonmagnetic lens change ever

Seriously good frame design. Sure, I have changed lens before in Smiths, Oakley's etc. more than a few times but it's not like you are doing that every day. The lens popped in and snapped or fit together with the frame so easily that felt like a genius. I just spelled genius wrong twice.

Goggles, Helmets and sunglasses

Purchased goggles and helmets for my wife and I plus a pair of sunglasses for myself. Start with the sunglasses, I really enjoy the photochromic lens, works well going from inside to outside. Unfortunately when I was in Kenya one of the screws fell out. Customer service was fantastic and sent me a new pair ASAP. Then purchased goggles and helmets for my wife and myself. We really love both. Once again the photochromic lenses worked very well on the slopes. We do have the low light lens as well for snowstorms although haven’t needed them yet. Only one small irritant is that the goggles and helmet create a clicking noise when rattled together. The fit between the two is tight and doesn’t let your forehead freeze and the goggles have never fogged up. All in all quality products so far.

Amazing customer service

I recently wrote a 4 star review on the Adapt 2s goggles because while they are great in most conditions, they could not handle Schweitzer fog. The company responded and immediately sent me a coupon for their low light lens which works great in dense fog. This is now a great combo. And the customer service of Glade Optics reminded me of how ski companies used to be. I will be a customer again. I saw they have the Fatom+ with magnetic interchangeable lenses...that will be my next goggle.

And a big shout out to Glade for sponsoring our local skiers. TMo was the reason I tried Glade Optics goggles in the first place.

Great service /Product

As a Ski Pro I look for the best product and I have found it in Glade optics. Skiing in Northern Vermont we get a lot of Extreme Flat light and I tried these and there are GREAT, not that the other lenses weren't but just needed a little more lite for those last afternoon runs when there is zero light
