I purchased these Ramble glasses for Nordic skiing and I am very happy with them. They are light, fit my face nicely and do not pinch under a knit cap. They do sometimes fog a little when on an uphill climb but clear on a down hill. I may try the Ramble Speed to see if it's better for my needs. Regardless, they are still the best glasses that I have ever owned for Nordic skiing.
I bought a pair for trail running/racing hoping the ventilation would keep them from fogging and that the constant sun/shade alternations on my favorite trails would be helped by the transition lenses. Check and check. These glasses are perfect. I just lost my original pair after many, many hours and came here to buy another pair and a pair for my partner.
Great optics! No distortion, pretty fast to transition from light to dark and vice versa, and the vents work well! Keeps my brow pretty dry and I'm a very heavy sweater
I’ve always been hesitant to step out of my comfort zone with cycling glasses, sticking to small-frame options. But after reading glowing reviews, I decided to give the MTB glasses from Glade Optics a try—and I couldn’t be happier! The photochromic lenses are a game-changer, adapting quickly on the trails and providing crystal-clear, crisp vision. The wide field of view is incredible, giving me full awareness of my surroundings without any obstructions. To top it off, these glasses are far more affordable than many of the popular brands out there, without sacrificing quality. I’m so impressed with the performance, comfort, and price. Highly recommend these to anyone looking for top-notch cycling glasses!
I run hot. Always. And I’m 54, so I’ve tried a lot of different glasses when I ride. With most glasses I end up taking them off because they impede my ability to see, not help it. These are honestly the first glasses that I feel like I can wear in just about all conditions and not fog up. Fingers crossed they stay that way!
