A good option for keeping sunglasses attached during a fall.

While I had a problem connecting this mini-strap to my Ramble sunglasses, customer support was very helpful and patiently worked with me while the problem was resolved. It seems like it was a one-off problem during the manufacturing of my pair of Rambles. There was nothing wrong with this mini-strap.
